Webster Arts announces the call for entries for "Between The Threads," a national juried exhibit. Open to U.S. artists 18+. Fiber artists are encouraged to submit 2-d and 3-d original artworks that are fiber-based, including handmade paper sculpture, art quilts, tapestry, weaving, basketry, art knitting, embroidery, and more. The focus of the artwork must be fiber or fiber technique. Will not consider the following: no floor- or ceiling-hung installations; no video. no wearables. No works previously exhibited by Webster Arts. Wall pieces must be wired for hanging. Size limits: wall-displayed work not to exceed 48″x48″ & weight not to exceed 20 lbs.; Free-standing work not to exceed 32″x32″x60″ & weight not to exceed 50 lbs.
